Wearing high heels shoes or sandals adds sophistication and confidence which most girls would like to have.
I like to wear heels too. It may grab attention and can boost your sex appeal yet there are also important tips on how to wear it.
Though some girls complain having difficulties while walking with heels and some feel pain in their legs, the point is that knowing how to walk with it can help you avoid these instances.

Imagine how female celebrities, who grew up fashionably and didn't leave their high heels behind, successfully wear it with grace and comfort.
For me, wearing high heels is fine even though you love to wear flats all the time. There are cases where you ideally want to wear high heels especially during Fridays or weekends, this is pretty normal for most girls who want to have their chic weekend escapade.

- First, make sure it fits your feet and the sizes must match. Wearing the inappropriate heels will only hurt you even if you think those shoes/sands are so adorable to look at.
- Don't force yourself wearing heels that are too high. You might find super models walk with ease with those 6-inch-heels but as much as possible, wear only those where you find easy to use with (wearing 3 inches high or the medium height is fine).

- Make sure the inner soles of your sandals/shoes are soft or you might want to add a soft cushion as an insole for your shoes. This will add comfort while you're wearing high heels.
- Stilettos are fine but don't go for higher heels as it can also hurt. You can opt for a little thicker heels but not too narrow as it may seem like old fashion for some.
- Practice wearing high heels at your home if you are not used to it especially if those pairs of heels are new.
- Don't wear high heels if you do a lot of walking and field activities within a day. It will only cause pressure in your legs and may result to pain and blistering.

- Wear stockings or thin socks to add comfort in your feet. Try to be creative and fashionable while wearing any of these.
- Wear high heels occasionally. It will surely hurt if you use it the whole day and every day. Try giving your self a break from wearing it or you can just use it during special occasions.
- Don't wash your feet immediately after using those heels. The pressure in your legs are still present and your veins are still not relaxed. If you wash it with water right after, this will only cause varicose veins to appear terribly.

- Try to relax your feet after wearing those high heels and you can wash it up after an hour or so.
- Take good care of your feet and don't abuse it. Treat it for a foot spa or foot massage and get rid from those stress instantly.

- Opt for a good quality shoes when you are going to buy one and consider a medium height heels if you're a first timer.
- Be fashionable with your style or dress up with a simple feminine look to draw the attention towards your shoes.
